Tennessee Building Inspections is an Independent Third Party Inspection Company. We do not offer repairs or remedial services on the properties we inspect. Why is that important? Inspecting for a fee and doing repairs on a four unit or less residential property in Tennessee without a home inspection license is a CONFLICT OF INTEREST and violation of the law.
