Company history
 

Our company began as Tennessee Building Inspection Services in 1989 as one of the area's first private home inspection services. Over the past 20 years we have grown by adding commercial inspections, environmental screenings, testing, diagnostics, and more recently pre-listing inspections, consulting, and thermography services.  We can provide our clients with corrective answers to the problems our inspectors discover. This saves time and money and gives a clearer picture of how to deal with a defect. We are Tennessee state licensed and insured for your peace of mind. We can also provide limited warranty coverage on structure, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems for our clients at NO COST!! 

 

Our goal is to leverage the 20 years of training and experience to inform and assist   the property maintenence,  purchase and selling needs of our clients.
